A fire that claimed the life of a 34-year-old woman in Mullingar is believed to have started accidentally.
The fire at the house on O'Connell Terrace was reported just before 8.30pm last night.
The body has been removed to the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar and a post mortem examination is to be carried out.
The scene was preserved for a technical examination.
