Nine News: Flooding worsens in Carlow town and the body of a man, believed to be a windsurfer, is recovered in Co Kerry
The man in his 30s was reported missing at 4.30pm.
An air and sea search involving the Shannon coastguard helicopter and Fenit lifeboat along with a number of local people took place throughout the evening.
The body was recovered by a local cliff and coast rescue team shortly after 8pm.
