Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 33-year-old man in Ballymun in Dublin.
The man was taken to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital following an incident at The Hamptons, Santry Cross, shortly after 7am.
He died a short time later.
It is understood the man sustained fatal injuries after falling five storeys from a balcony.
A 30-year-old woman is being treated in hospital in relation to the same incident.
