A dramatic rescue has been caught on camera in the US city of Des Moines, Iowa.
A man drowned but his wife was saved after their small boat capsized in the Des Moines River.
A construction worker dangling at the end of a crane pulled the woman from the churning waters just below a dam.
He was able to hang on to her as the crane swung the two of them towards the waiting rescue boat.
The construction workers had been building a bridge nearby.
