A man arrested over a fatal fire in Bray in September 2007 has been released without charge.
A file is to be be prepared and forwarded to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Two firefighters, 46-year-old Brian Murray and 25-year-old Mark O'Shaughnessy, died on 26 September 2007 while battling a blaze at a factory in Bray.
The roof of the building collapsed during the fire.
