A new Fitzwilliam Hotel is to be built in Belfast city centre, with the €30m investment expected to create more than 100 jobs.
Hotel Partners, which operates the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Dublin, says the 131-room hotel is due to open in February 2009 on Great Victoria Street.
The site and hotel are owned by Belfast businesswoman June Burgess through her property company Graffan Properties.
