The race to be the next Taoiseach is all over according to Paddy Power bookies, which has announced it is paying out on Bertie Ahern to fill the post.
They will be paying out over €300,000 to punters who backed Mr Ahern, on the back of the RTÉ/Lansdowne Market Research exit poll.
Winnings can now be collected.
