Two people have died following separate road accidents.
A woman in her 60s was killed when her car crashed near the Beehive pub in Skibbereen, west Cork, at around 7.30pm yesterday evening.
In Dublin, a 49-year-old woman cyclist, who was in collision with a lorry at the junction of Wolfe Tone Quay and Temple Street West yesterday morning, died in St James's Hospital last night.
Gardaí at Store Street are investigating the accident and have asked witnesses to contact them at 01-6668000.
