Charges against 32 men who took part in a demonstration at St Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin have been withdrawn by direction of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The Afghan men were engaged in a hunger strike.
Two of the men due to appear in court today failed to appear, and the bench warrant for their arrest has been issued by Judge James Scally.
