The president of the UN nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency, has said that Iran is still not cooperating with an investigation into its nuclear programme.

In a report, Mohammad elBaradei, says still cannot verify whether Iran's atomic programme is entirely peaceful.

He says it is regrettable and a matter of concern that the uncertainties related to Iran's nuclear programme have not been clarified after three years of intensive agency verification.

The report was sent today to countries on the 35-nation IAEA board of governors, which is due to meet on 6 March.
The IAEA has already voted to report Iran to the UN Security Council.
