Police in Britain have released a description and computer image of one of the armed robbers involved in the multi-million pound raid on a Securitas depot in Kent.
The man posed as a police officer to trick depot manager Colin Dixon into getting into a Volvo car on Tuesday.
Three people have been arrested by detectives investigating the robbery of up to £50m. Two women and a man are being questioned at police stations in Kent.
Three vehicles involved in the robbery have been found, but police are still looking for the lorry used to transport the money.
The money was stolen from the security depot in the early hours of Wednesday morning after an armed gang kidnapped Mr Dixon and his family.
A 100-strong police team is engaged in the hunt for the gang of at least six armed robbers.
At least £25 million sterling is known to have been taken, but the final figure is expected to surpass the £26.5 million sterling taken in a raid at the Northern Bank's Belfast headquarters in 2004 - the UK's previous biggest cash theft.
A £2m reward has been offered for information about the raid.
