Poll shows voters in favour of permits

Almost four out of every five voters believe citizens from the 10 new EU member states should be required to get work permits before coming to this country.
According to a tns/MRBI poll in tomorrow's Irish Times, only 17% of those surveyed believed the workers should continue to be allowed to come here without restriction.
