Cyclist killed in Dublin road crash

A young woman riding a bicycle was killed when she was in collision with a truck in north Dublin city centre.

A young woman riding a bicycle was killed when she was in collision with a truck in north Dublin city centre.

The accident happened at the junction of North King Street and Blackhall Place at around noon today. The woman is believed to be in her 20s.

The truck driver is being treated in hospital for shock and minor injuries. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
