Police officers who shot dead a Brazilian man in London could face criminal charges.
Jean Charles de Menezes was killed at Stockwell Tube Station last July by officers from the Metropolitan police anti-terrorist squad.
The officers had mistaken him for a suicide bomber.
Today the Chairman of Britain's Independent Police Complaints Commission, Nick Hardwick, said a report on the incident would probably be sent to the Crown Prosecution Service.
