The Tánaiste, Mary Harney, has said allegations made by workers against the mobile phone content provider, Global Mobile Vision, are being investigated.
The Socialist Party TD, Joe Higgins, told the Dáil that workers from the company approached the Dail's technical group with allegations of harassment and bullying.
Responding to claims by Mr Higgins that the labour laws were allowing ruthless employers to hide behind the courts, Mrs Harney said there is robust industrial relations machinery in Ireland and that it was a matter of enforcing existing law.
