A rescue operation is underway off Bray Head in County Wicklow for a 20-year-old man who got into difficulties while swimming with a friend. His companion was rescued by a Marine Rescue Helicopter shortly before midday and was taken to Loughlinstown Hospital. Dun Laoghaire Lifeboat, the Irish Marine Emergency Team from Greystones, and local boats are assisting in the search.
