It has been confirmed that 31 people have now tested positive for Covid-19 at a nursing home in Co Laois.
Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home in Portlaoise said it is currently dealing with 21 cases of the virus among residents and 10 cases among staff.
All of the residents affected have been isolated in their rooms and management say they are working with public health experts and HIQA to deal with the outbreak.
Relatives of all residents have been updated on the situation.

RTÉ News understands two residents have been hospitalised.
A spokesperson for the nursing home has refused to comment on the status of the 21 residents who were diagnosed as positive with Covid-19 but relatives of two people that were in the home say they were brought to hospital and are not in a life-threatening condition.
RTÉ News also understands that another resident at the nursing home, who was transferred to another facility in the midlands last Thursday, has also now tested positive for Covid-19.
Separately, according to information obtained by RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta this evening, there are up to 30 confirmed cases of Covid-19 among residents and staff at Brindley Manor Nursing Home in Convoy, Co Donegal.
It is expected that the HSE will supply some support to the nursing home in the coming days.
