Four men charged with the abduction and false imprisonment of Quinn Industrial Holdings Director, Kevin Lunney, have been further remanded in custody.
Darren Redmond, 25, with an address at Calendon Road, East Wall, Dublin, and Alan O'Brien, 38, of Shelmalier Road, East Wall, Dublin, were remanded in custody to a sitting of Harristown District Court on 20 December.
Judge James Faughnan was told by a legal representative for both men that they were concerned over some coverage on social media of their previous remand, but the judge said if there was any breach they should bring it to the attention of the district court judge in Virginia, Co Cavan, who dealt with the case initially.
Luke O'Reilly, 66, from Mullahoran Lower, Kilcogy, Co Cavan, was remanded in custody until 10 January 2020.
A fourth man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was also remanded in custody until 20 December.
His legal representative told Judge Faughnan he had concerns over coverage of his previous remand in "Teletext, newspapers and social media reports".
The judge said he was reinforcing the original restrictions set down by the district judge in Virginia and if there was any breach of those restrictions he said legal representatives for the man should bring it to the attention of the district court in Viriginia where the original order was made.
Mr Lunney was attacked on 17 September as he made his way home from work.
