A Co Leitrim based electrical contract company is to create 90 new jobs over the next two years as part of an extension of its operations in Carrick-on-Shannon.

King and Moffatt Building Services already employs 300 people with offices in Birmingham, London, Stoke and Edinburgh. 

It operates in six different countries and will now open its new global headquarters in Carrick-on-Shannon with the creation of 50 jobs immediately and a further 40 in the next two years.

The Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is visiting the Co Leitrim plant this evening in Carrick-on-Shannon where he will meet with the work force and have a tour of the new headquarters.
