  • 200g sunflower seeds, soaked and drained
  • 100g sundried tomatoes
  • 125-150g green olives
  • 25g flat-leaf parsley
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • splash olive oil

Method

 

  • Blend it in a food processor. Let down with a tiny drop of water if required.
