  • 100 g castle leslie white chocolate drops
  • 100 g single whipping cream
  • 1 vanilla pod


  • Split Vanilla pod in half and scoop out the seeds and add to cream.
  • Bring Cream to the boil.
  • Add cream to chocolate and mix.
  • Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
