A treat to help you sleep


  • 100 g 70% cocoa dark chocolate
  • 50 drops of valerian tincture
  • 6 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 1 tblsp ground flax seeds


  • Melt down the dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
  • Once it has melted add in the other ingredients.
  • Place in a mould or put on greaseproof paper to set.
  • Enjoy and sleep tight.
