A treat to help you sleep
Ingredients
- 100 g 70% cocoa dark chocolate
- 50 drops of valerian tincture
- 6 drops of lavender essential oil
- 1 tblsp ground flax seeds
Method
- Melt down the dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
- Once it has melted add in the other ingredients.
- Place in a mould or put on greaseproof paper to set.
- Enjoy and sleep tight.
