Saoirse Ronan's mam Monica and her dog Fran have reacted with delight to her fourth Oscar nomination.
Her mam Monica sent this cute video of her watching the nominations with Saoirse's dog Fran, (yes, named after that Fran from Love/Hate!) to the Ray D'Arcy Radio Show.

25-year-old Saoirse is nominated for her role as Jo in Little Women. She shortlisted alongside Cynthia Erivo (Harriet), Scarlett Johansson (Marriage Story), Charlize Theron (Bombshell) and Renée Zellweger (Judy).
Ronan was previously shortlisted for Atonement (Best Supporting Actress, 2008), Brooklyn (Best Actress, 2016) and Lady Bird (Best Actress, 2018).
