Logan, Johnny
Born Seán Patrick Michael Sherrard in 1954, the professional singer is known as Johnny Logan.
Johnny Logan is a two time winner of the Eurovision Song Contest as a performer. Representing Ireland on two occasions in 1980, he won with the song 'What's Another Year' and in 1987 with the song 'Hold Me Now'.
Johnny Logan also wrote two songs for Linda Martin who represented Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 1984, Linda Martin sang 'Terminal 3', which came in second position and in 1992 she won the contest singing 'Why Me?'.
Johnny Logan continues to perform and enjoy a successful singing career across Europe.
