The Fine Gael presidential candidate, Austin Currie, predicted today that he would win next week's election and become the next President.
Report shows interview with Currie who comments on the Lenihan controversy. He expresses sympathy for Lenihan but says he brought it on himself. He denies that his election agent, Jim Mitchell, thinks Mary Robinson will win the election.
