Tonight RTÉ One will be showing a documentary, ‘Stories of the Silence’, about Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and made on a voluntary basis by the AIDS Action Alliance and the Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA). The programme gives AIDS sufferers a chance to tell their own stories.
Report shows extracts from the programme and interview with Frank Gaughan, Executive Producer, on the inadequate support for sufferers.
