A former moderator of the Presbyterian Church has accused the British Government of hypocrisy in saying terrorism will be defeated, yet refusing to allow the security forces to take the action necessary to end it. Dr Howard Cromie was speaking at the funeral of Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) Superintendent, Alwyn Harris, who was killed by the Irish Republican Army (IRA).
