National Manpower Authority

Report on setting up of the National Manpower Authority to combine the four existing state agencies dealing with the training of people for work and helping them to find jobs. The four existing agencies are: An Chomhairle Oiliúna (AnCO), the Youth Employment Agency, the Council for Education, Recruitment and Training (CERT) and the National Manpower Service.
