Garda explosives experts and members of the technical bureau search a house in north county Dublin.

A bungalow at Walshestown in north Dublin was the focus of a security forces operation. Explosive experts and a technical team have been part of the Garda operation at the house all day.

A man hwo had been living alone in the house for two years was being questioned at Navan Garda Station. Armed police officers were at the bungalow when a second find was made. Bomb making equipment under floorboards in the house and in a nearby shed.
