Igniting the Bowl of Light to mark the opening of the Community Games.
In a departure from previous years, the Community Games ceremony of light sees a torch being carried from Leinster House to the Gresham Hotel marking the opening of the games.
The duty of carrying the torch by relay fell to Siobhán Logan from Raheny and Kathleen Brannigan from Clondalkin who ran the distance between the buildings keeping the flame alight.
