Bord Fáilte puts on an exhibition of Irish made crafts that may appeal to tourists as souvenirs.
Minister for Industry and Commerce Jack Lynch opens an exhibition that aims to promote the sale of good quality Irish souvenirs.
Souvenirs aimed to entice even the most discerning tourist to part with his money are on display at the exhibition.
Variety is key at the exhibition with items created in wood, brass, linen, bog oak, Connemara marble, pottery, tweed, lace and leather. There are so many different types of souvenirs that the exhibition will be changed half way through to make room for them all.
The exhibition runs until 6 October.
