Music from Roger Doyle is one of Ireland's foremost contemporary composers.

Roger Doyle has a background in a wide range of music and provided the score for the Gate Theatre production of Salome. Tonight he performs on piano from the soundtrack music he composed for the Bob Quinn film 'Budawanny'. This piece titled 'Priest On A Motorbike' featured in the film, depicts the doomed relationship between a young priest and his housekeeper on a remote island off the west coast of Ireland. The soundtrack album to the film 'Budawanny' is due to be released next week.
