People in Tallaght are queuing up to encounter the bad service on offer at the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience at the Civic Theatre.
The staff of the most infamous hotel in Torquay have come to Tallaght.
Manic hotel owner Basil Fawlty, his domineering wife Sybil and their language challenged Spanish waiter Manuel are renowned for offering the worst customer service in the world. Fans of the Fawlty Towers television show, on which the experience is based, are queuing to pay for a taste of the bad service.
The Fawlty Towers Dining Experience began in New Zealand in 1992. The immersive show has arrived in Ireland for a summer run beginning at the Civic Theatre in Tallaght. There were just 12 episodes made of 'Fawlty Towers' and this interactive show is being pitched as the 13th episode.
