Participants in a special workshop are immersed in complete darkness to learn about hidden potential.
Over 200 business leaders and entrepreneurs are taking part in a unique series of workshops held in complete darkness.
Dialogue in the Dark aims to encourage a greater awareness of the potential and abilities of people with a disability.
Participants can see nothing.
Those taking part in the workshops had to perform simple tasks in the dark under the instruction of trainers with visual impairments.
The event is organised by Kanchi, an organisation that promotes the ability and potential of people with disabilities. The sessions are aimed at those working in Ireland's business community.
Founder of Kanchi, Caroline Casey, says,
Dialogue in the Dark to me is one of the most successful ways of really communicating with people about hidden potential.
Gar Holohan, Chairman of the Aura Holohan Group, believes that this event shows so-called visionaries how much they do not see.
This certainly teaches us to listen and to try and communicate in a way that other people will understand.
Kanchi is running two sessions a day for the week and all sessions are completely sold out.
