Cork are going for three in a row while Kilkenny hope to be winning their 29th All Ireland Hurling title.

Supporters from Cork and Kilkenny are confident on one of the biggest days in Irish sport. 82,275 fans will be in Croke Park for the All Ireland Hurling Final.

Anticipation was in the air ahead of the biggest hurling game of the year. Both sets of fans are optimistic of a successful outcome but there can only be one winner.

Cork were on the verge of greatness bidding for a third title in a row but it was the men from Kilkenny who came away with the Liam McCarthy cup as All Ireland Senior Hurling Champions.
