Post-mortem results on the Romanian man who died in Rosslare Port yesterday have shown he died of a heart attack.
Gardaí have said a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions, but at this stage it appears his death is not connected to an earlier assault.
The man who was subsequently arrested has been released this evening and a file will be sent to the DPP.
