RTÉ has withdrawn the RTÉ Guide from sale.
The selling of the magazine was one of the measures announced last month as part of the broadcaster's cost cutting plans, when it said it wanted to reduce projected costs by €60m over the next three years.
However, in a statement today the broadcaster said that having considered a number of expressions of interest, none reached a level sufficient to merit a sale of the magazine.
It said the RTÉ Guide will remain part of RTÉ and it will work with the magazine's team on how to best take the publication forward.
