Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 50 g rocket salad
- 20 g pickled ginger, fine julienne
- 2 dsp kikkoman soy sauce
- 3 dsp sesame oil
- 10 g chopped ginger
- 10 g chopped chilli
- 1 dsp mirin
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- To prepare the dressing, put Kikkoman soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chilli, mirin and honey in a bowl and mix well, then keep to one side.
- Place the rocket and pickled ginger on the plate.
- Cut thin slices of fresh lobster and put beside the rocket on the plate.
- To finish, spoon the dressing onto the lobster and serve.
