Fine dining at its best.



  • 2 lobster tails
  • 50 g rocket salad
  • 20 g pickled ginger, fine julienne
  • 2 dsp kikkoman soy sauce
  • 3 dsp sesame oil
  • 10 g chopped ginger
  • 10 g chopped chilli
  • 1 dsp mirin
  • 1 tsp honey


  1. To prepare the dressing, put Kikkoman soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chilli, mirin and honey in a bowl and mix well, then keep to one side.
  2. Place the rocket and pickled ginger on the plate.
  3. Cut thin slices of fresh lobster and put beside the rocket on the plate.
  4. To finish, spoon the dressing onto the lobster and serve.
