Fun for kids to make.


  • 4 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tblsp honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 2½ cups grounded almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • Start by mashing the bananas with a potato masher or fork. Add the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla and honey into a bowl and mix.
  • Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix together.
  • Coat your loaf tin with a little butter and pour the mixture in.
  • Bake at 160c for about 55 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on top.
