Fun for kids to make.
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tblsp honey
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 2½ cups grounded almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
- Start by mashing the bananas with a potato masher or fork. Add the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla and honey into a bowl and mix.
- Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix together.
- Coat your loaf tin with a little butter and pour the mixture in.
- Bake at 160c for about 55 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on top.
