A dish from the black team during MasterChef Ireland 2012
Ingredients
- garlic
- leeks
- onions
- veg stock
- carrots
- celery
- potatoes
- thyme
- parsley
- clams
- mussels
- prawns
- cream
- white wine
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Fry the onion, garlic, celery, leek until soft.
- Add the potatoes and fish stock until soft and broken apart
- 20 mins before serving, add the mussels and clams along with the cream and white wine. Season to taste.
- Add the parsley + thyme before serving
