Accident investigators in Britain have published their report on the 1988 Lockerbie disaster, in which two hundred and seventy people were killed when a bomb exploded while the plane was flying over Scotland. The report wants aircraft manufacturers to develop new types of aeroplane which could withstand such mid-air blast.
