Eighty mourners attended a private family funeral service for the former Northern Ireland Prime Minister, Terence Marne O'Neill, (Lord O'Neill of the Maine) at south Baddesley in Hampshire this afternoon.

Mourners, including Sir Kenneth Bloomfield, Head of the Northern Ireland Civil Service, Sir Robert Porter, Lord O’Neill’s Home Affairs Minister, Jim Malley, Lord O'Neill's private secretary, and Gerry Fitt, the former leader of the Social Democratic and Labour Party (SDLP).
