Sir John Hermon, former Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) Chief Constable, says the Yorkshire Television (YTV) programme on the 'Shoot to Kill' allegations against the RUC investigated by John Stalker contains false and inaccurate information. It will not be shown on Ulster Television (UTV), which says it would be contempt of court for the programme to be shown in Northern Ireland.
