A seventeen-year-old youth, Charles Love from Strabane, was killed and others injured in an Irish Republican Army (IRA) bomb at today’s Bloody Sunday commemoration march in Derry. The IRA, admitting responsibility, said the death was a result of a freak accident.

Report shows march entering Bogside with armoured cars. Sound of explosion in background and smoke from bomb. Walls of Derry with bomb damage. People surrounding injured youth. Ambulance. Helicopter overhead. Rally at Free Derry corner.
