Directors of a proposed new Dublin-based professional football club have applied to join the Scottish League. The proposed team will be called Dublin City and its Directors are international players Ray Treacy and Liam Tuohy, stockbroker Colm McCarthy and Jonathan Irwin, the manager of Phoenix Park Racecourse.
