The Minister of State for the Gaeltacht, Pat 'the Cope' Gallagher, said this morning he wanted to ensure there was no overlap between the various state bodies dealing with the Irish language. He was speaking in Dublin at the launch of the programme for next year's Slogadh Irish language arts festival.
