The Irish Veterinary Union (IVU) said today that the blame for the recent outbreak of brucellosis lies firmly with Eradication of Animal Disease Board (ERAD), the state organisation responsible for the eradication of all cattle diseases since the scrapping of the thirty-day pre-movement test.
