A High Court action taken by four farmers opposed to the proposed Merrell Dow Pharmaceutical Plant planned for Killeagh in East Cork has failed. The farmers represent the Womanagh Valley Protection Association, the main group opposing the plan, and they now aim for a Supreme Court Appeal.
